This was taken from one of the bridge streets. There's a kind of canyon between two hills, and Edinburgh is built on this. So it dips way down into the caynon, and there are many bridge streets that go over the canyon from one side to the other. Down below is the Edinburgh train station. That's all those lomg, shed-like roofs. It's BIG.
